Viridian Potassium Magnesium Citrate provides a potent supply of minerals which are essential to maintaining proper bodily function.

Potassium is necessary for the proper function of almost all cells and organs in the body, but especially nerve, heart and muscle function. Sodium rich diets or certain illnesses such as a gastrointestinal disease can cause a potassium deficiency so it’s important to ensure you are getting an adequate amount.

Magnesium citrate provides similar functions for the nerves and muscles, such as maintaining good heart health. It also aids in the body’s absorption and transport of calcium, and is linked to the body’s energy production in the cells. Magnesium levels can drop in times of illness or stress, or after exercise where it is consumed so make sure you are getting enough.
