Tropical Wholefoods Porcini Mushrooms – 30g

Dried porcini mushrooms are a great store cupboard ingredient. To use: soak for 20 minutes in warm water or milk, drain, and use like an ordinary mushroom in risottos, stroganoffs, stews or stir fries.
