The Food Supplement Company Waterfall is a herbal health food supplement containing Apple cider vinegar, dandelion root and green tea extract. These natural ingredients can help to relieve water retention and encourage the release of excess water through increased urination – which is why it is advised to take these tablets early in the day and to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Taking a 2 week course of waterfall can help to reduce the discomfort of water retention and the feeling of bloatedness.

Directions

One tablet in the morning with food. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Only use for 14 consecutive days, then take a break for seven days before starting another course.
