The fur lined low rise collar is a mere 1 1/4″ wide and is lined in two layers of mink like fur. The 3/4″ lockable leather reinforcing strap provides extra durability.

The leather collar measures approximately 1 1/2″ wide with the fur and will restrain the most unruly of slaves without causing undue harm or marking their necks.
Fits 13″ 19″ inch necks.
