Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 teaspoons (5-15ml) daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Children: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2 to 3 years), 1 teaspoon (4 to 8 years), 1-2 teaspoons (9 to 13 years), 1-3 teaspoons (14 to 18 years) or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Enjoy straight from the spoon or mix easily into water, cold drinks and smoothies. It can also be added to yogurt or drizzled on porridge and other foods. Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Can be refrigerated.
