Solgar Magnesium Citrate

Solgar’s unique formula provides magnesium citrate in a highly absorbable form. Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and absorption and is also linked to energy production within the cells and healthy nerve and muscle function.

This food supplement is suitable for vegans and is free from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Sodium, Artificial Flavour, Sweeteners and Preservatives.

Per 2 tablets: Magnesium (as citrate) 400mg.

Directions

2 tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
