This Spicy Mexican Quinoa creates a fiesta of flavour. Organic quinoa packed with sweetcorn, red beans and tomatoes with a touch of chilli. Try adding this instant quinoa to a burrito or as a side to fajitas.

Quinoa is a great source of protein and fibre, as well as being a slow release carb. This keeps you feeling full for longer and won’t spike your blood sugars. Vegan friendly and completely allergen free.

Directions

These can be eaten hot or cold as they’re already perfectly cooked. To eat cold simply tear open, serve and enjoy. To heat in the microwave, make a small tear in top of pouch and heat for 90 seconds. Fluff up with a fork and serve. Or you can pan fry by adding 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
