Ingredients and Materials

Manufactured from an elastic non‑woven fabric with a cohesive (self‑adhering) coating. The cohesive layer bonds to itself to create secure wrapping without external adhesives. How to Use

1. Clean and dry the skin before application. Remove any oils or lotions that can reduce adhesion.
2. Start anchoring the tape by wrapping once without tension, then overlap subsequent turns by about half the tape width.
3. Apply appropriate tension for support — light tension for compression, firmer tension for immobilisation. Avoid cutting circulation.
4. Tear the tape by hand at the desired length and press the final layer to secure the wrap; the tape adheres to itself.
5. To remove, gently unwind or stretch the tape to release the cohesive bond. Remove slowly and soothe skin if needed.
