Directions
Simply mix in a glass or mug with 30-60ml of hot water. Let fizz, and then stir until dissolved. Add either hot or cold water to mixture and enjoy!
*Some nutritional experts recommend taking magnesium supplements in the evening before sleeping, as its helps the muscles to relax and recover from the exertions of the day.
