BioCare Magnesium Malate is a complex made up of malic acid and magnesium. It helps to support energy and muscle function. Magnesium is a vital factor in several biochemical processes in the body as many key enzymes need magnesium for better activity and formation. Malic acid is an organic acid commonly found in fruit, vegetables and fruit juices and serves as an active transporter of minerals in our diet.

Recommended Intake:
Three capsules to be taken daily with food or as directed by your GP. Please note: Note suitable for those with allergies to apples.
